Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart & Ulta to Open at Manchester Highlands Shopping Center

ST. LOUIS, November 10, 2008  --  Manchester Highlands, a new regional shopping center located in West County, will celebrate the grand opening of four key retailers in the development in November 2008.  Upon completion, Manchester Highlands will total over 500,000 square feet of retail.  Ulta, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond and Petsmart are the first tenants to open in November.  The development is located at Manchester Road and Highway 141 (Woods Mill Road) in Manchester, Missouri and was developed by St. Louis based commercial real estate firm, Pace Properties, who is also leasing and managing the shopping center.

The two additional anchors will include West County’s first Costco and Wal-Mart Supercenter which are scheduled to open in Summer 2009.  The City of Manchester, Missouri will also move its Municipal Facility and Police Headquarters to the project.
