Amanda Bradham-Little

Vice President of Marketing & Community Relations


As Vice President of Marketing & Community Relations, Amanda oversees all marketing and branding activities with Pace Properties and the St. Louis office of Avison Young.

With 24 years of experience in marketing, events, and promotion and has won numerous awards in her career, including Philanthropist of the Year and twice awarded Mentor of the Year, Amanda's passion is creative innovation. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Amanda has sat on the professional advisory council since 2013 and enjoys occasionally teaching marketing and branding to future generations. She is the chair of the ESOP and Pace Gives Back committees and organizes their community service days at charitable organizations. Amanda is also a member of the St. Louis Chapter of CREW, SMPS, and sits on the National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Gateway Chapter board of trustees. In 2024 she is serving as co-chair of the National MS Society's Dinner of Champions.


When Amanda's not day-dreaming about new ideas, you can find her snuggling her Shih Tzu Leo, traveling with husband, Jason, or lounging in their pool.
