Jim specializes in strategic landlord and tenant representation, acquisition, and disposition of retail properties throughout MO, IL, and KS.
Jim is a CCIM Designee and a senior member of the CCIM faculty for its CI-101, Financial Analysis of Commercial Investment Real Estate, and its CI-103, User Decision Analysis of Commercial Investment Real Estate, courses.
Jim received his bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri, and he also has an Instrument Rated Private Pilot’s license from the Federal Aviation Administration.
When he’s away from the office, Jim loves to spend time with his wife, two children, and grandson. Jim also recently retired after spending 50-years refereeing football for the Missouri State High School Activities Association..
