With over 27 years at Pace Properties, John is a crucial member of our Asset Management team, providing excellent service to our clients and support to our management team.
John’s personal motto is: prepared, available, flexible. He strives to provide a high level of expertise and service while working with clients and property managers to resolve all maintenance needs. John maintains a portfolio of properties for third-party and Pace affiliated owners while supervising a maintenance staff of seven. John is HVAC certified and is proficient in general electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
John is a husband, father, and grandfather who is proud of and loves spending time with his family. He enjoys being outdoors, is an amateur poet and musician, and a proud American.
