Associate - Accounting
As a member of the Pace Properties accounting team, LaShawn works with accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, and organization of financial records.
She works closely with property accountants, property managers, and vendors and brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining Pace, LaShawn worked in the commercial real estate industry and has many years of experience within major corporations, including employee compensation, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash management.
LaShawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University.
Her biggest joys come from being the mom of a young daughter and son. They enjoy visiting Forest Park, playing board games, and telling knock-knock jokes.
