As Senior Associate on the Accounting team, Nou Her works alongside our accounting team to review and prepare monthly financial packages, tenant accounts, and tenant billings for her portfolio of clients within the Kansas City office.
With a focus on retail properties, Nou adeptly oversees the month-end close processes for a large portfolio. She handles accounts receivable and payable, effectively managing cash flows, and computing quarterly distributions. She creates budgets, reforecasts, and as well as other financial projections. She sets up and maintains lease contracts and amendments, a crucial aspect of managing retail properties.
Nou and Kyle, her husband, share a busy household with four children: Alex, Eddison, Ava, and Ella. Nou enjoys storytime with her young daughters, (and occasionally chase them around the house) and playing volleyball games with her older sons. Alongside her husband, they enthusiastically support the Kansas City Chiefs and the University of Kansas Jayhawks.
