Assistant Property Manager
As Assistant Property Manager, Olivia supports the Property Management teams of Pace Properties and the St. Louis office of Avison Young.
With more than four years of property management experience in commercial real estate, Olivia brings experience in portfolio administration, lease coordination, and property reporting. A graduate of McKendree University, Olivia has a bachelor's degree in business administration focusing on marketing. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and active in the local chapter.
Outside the office, you can find Olivia hiking, indoor rock climbing, or hanging with her pup, Cooper.
