Tina oversees high-profile third-party managed centers as Vice President of Property Management and Operations on the Kansas City office's Asset Management team.
Tina reviews and adjusts the annual operating budgets for approximately 2.5 million square feet of retail space and provides strategic guidance to leadership, optimizing Net Operating Income. Diligent about compliance, Tina meticulously evaluates vendor contracts and licensing agreements before execution. She executes and implements effective policies and procedures, consistently exploring innovative approaches to drive operational efficiency. Tina forges cross-functional partnerships with construction, development, leasing, and property management teams, contributing to new and existing projects. She oversees contracts, ensures deliverable adherence, maintains quality, and meets strict timelines.
Originally from Malaysia, Tina moved to the United States in 2005, first living in St. Louis and then relocating to Kansas City to be closer to her brother who is a long-time resident of KC. Outside the office, Tina enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband Kyle, their daughter Rhea, her brother and niece, and an adorable mini schnauzer named Marquise (like a diamond). A self-proclaimed “soccer Mom” to her daughter, who plays in a competitive league, Tina is also a die-hard Chiefs fan who learned to love American Football from her husband, who, as it turns out, would prefer riding his motorcycle or driving his antique car.
