1. Pace Properties represented Ace Hardware in the lease of 16,902 square feet of retail space at 5437 Southwest Ave in St. Louis, MO from Pacific Springs, LLC, represented by CBRE.
2. Pace Properties represented Hathaway Scott, LLC in the lease of 6,596 square feet of retail space at Laboure Centre in O’Fallon, MO to DaVita, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
3. Pace Properties represented Chesterfield Crossing Partners, LLC in the lease of 2,988 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Crossing in Chesterfield, MO to Body Fit Training, represented by Kessinger Hunter.
4. Pace Properties represented Andy’s Frozen Custard in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space at 2896 Highway K in O’Fallon, MO from RCP-N, LLC, represented by Noles Properties.
5. Pace Properties represented Andy’s Frozen Custard in the ground lease of 0.93 acres of land at Wentzville Crossroads Marketplace West in Wentzville, MO, represented by Wm. Boudoures Co.
6. Pace Properties represented PWLCRL Properties LLC in the sale of a 2,791-square foot retail building at 15971 Manchester Rd. in Manchester, MO to Oh Yeah Properties, LLC.
7. Pace Properties represented Spumanti Properties, LLC in the sale of a 9,520 square foot building at 1725 Highway 109 in Wildwood, MO to Pershing Development, LLC.
