  1. Pace Properties represented Penney Property Sub Holdings LLC in the lease of 43,617 square feet of retail space at 5886 Highway 100 in Washington, MO to MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries.
  2. Pace Properties represented Eagles’ Landing Shopping Center LLC in the lease of 22,152 square feet of retail space at Eagles’ Landing in Lake Ozark, MO to Aldi, represented by CBRE.
  3. Pace Properties represented Ulta Beauty in the lease renewal of 11,892 square feet of retail space at Gravois Bluffs Plaza in Fenton, MO from Gravois Bluffs II, L.L.C., represented by RSolution.
  4. Pace Properties represented Cornerstone-Lakeside, LLC in the lease of 4,064 square feet of retail space at Lakeside Shoppes in O’Fallon, MO to Houston Homes, LLC.
  5. Pace Properties represented Plaza DePaul, LLC in the lease of 4,000 square feet of retail space at The Plaza at DePaul in Bridgeton, MO to A Nail Spa, LLC.
  6. Pace Properties represented 3130 Telegraph LLC in the sale of a 3,100 square foot retail building at 3130 Telegraph Road in St. Louis, MO to Southtowne Holdings LLC.
  7. Pace Properties represented Scooter’s Coffee in the purchase of a 1,618 square foot retail building at 1300 West Main St in Mascoutah, IL from SHONA-BIA, Inc.
  8. Pace Properties represented ECM- Hawk Ridge, LLC in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space at the Shoppes at Hawk Ridge in Lake St. Louis, MO to Khaled Shanbain.
  9. Pace Properties represented Scooter’s Coffee in the purchase of 0.6 acres of land at 1208 East Church St in Sandwich, IL from MRJ Real Estate, LLC.
  10. Pace Properties represented Scooter’s Coffee in the purchase of 0.35 acres of land at 1202 West Bethalto Dr in Bethalto, IL from David DeLaurent.
  11. Pace Properties represented Dart Associates of Kingshighway, LLC in the sale of 1.46 acres of land at 3636 South Kingshighway in St. Louis, MO to QuikTrip Corporation.
  12. Pace Properties represented Scooter’s Coffee in the purchase of 0.25 acres of land at 15 South County Road in Mascoutah, IL from John & Sandra Weyant.
