1. Pace Properties represented Ulta Beauty in the lease renewal of 12,540 square feet of retail space at Wildwood Crossings in Jefferson City, MO from Wildwood Crossings Shopping Center, LLC.
2. Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 3,152 square feet of retail space at Corbin Park in Overland Park, KS from Grier Metcalf LLC, represented by Varnum Armstrong Deeter.
3. Pace Properties represented Hathaway-Scott, LLC in the lease of 2,521 square feet of retail space at Laboure Centre in O’Fallon, MO to O’Fallon Animal Hospital, LLC, represented by CARR, Inc.
4. Pace Properties represented Select-Mayfair Plaza, LLC in the lease of 2,400 square feet of retail space at Mayfair Plaza in St. Louis, MO to Sincerely Simple Events, LLC.
5. Pace Properties represented Select-Mayfair Plaza, LLC in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space at Mayfair Plaza in St. Louis, MO to Lolarose Business Center, LLC.
6. Pace Properties represented Great Clips on the lease renewal of 968 square feet of retail space at Ladue Crossing in Ladue, MO from SM Properties IV, LLC.
