As a Lease Administrator on the Asset Management team, Beth reviews and monitors leases prior to execution and throughout the lease term, monitoring critical leases, calculating rental escalations, performing continual lease audits, and works with the property management team to ensure lease compliance.
Beth’s joined Pace Properties as a property manager in 2015 and has over 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry. In 2021, Beth transferred within the department to serve as a lease administrator. Her attention to detail is the perfect attribute for overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement process.
Beth is a graduate of Saint Louis University and holds two master’s degrees: one in marketing and another in international business. She is a Kappa Delta alum and a member of CREW St. Louis. Beth also serves on the St. Louis Make-A-Wish Foundation's Walk For Wishes campaign committee.
While away from managing shopping centers, Beth enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter and very energetic dog. She also spends time outdoors, running in local races, and involvement in her community.
