As Vice President, Bill advises clients on design, construction and development management, move management, and building condition assessment.
He assists clients in recruitment of architects, designers, engineers, general contractors, technology suppliers and other vendors to complete a successful project. Bill is responsible for monitoring projects to ensure they stay on schedule, on budget, and are of high quality. Bill has experience in designing and building a variety of retail, commercial, light industrial, and governmental projects with a solid awareness of planning, zoning, and code compliance ordinances. He is also a Design Build Certified Professional and holds multiple licenses, certifications, and has nearly 30-years of experience in the construction industry. Bill received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Management from Florida State University.
Bill spends his free time with his wife and daughter and can either be found at the barn (riding, training or competing show jumping horses) or at the track (riding or watching motocross). He also enjoys returning back to southern Florida where he recently relocated from after 30-years and was an accomplished off-shore fisherman.
