Senior Property Accountant
As a Senior Property Accountant and of the Pace Properties accounting team, Cindy Ward oversees the preparation and review of monthly financial packages, tenant accounts, and billing for each client in her portfolio.
Cindy brings more than two decades of accounting experience to her role at Pace. Based in our Kansas City office, she supports property-level financial operations with a strong foundation in corporate, real estate, and development accounting. Prior to joining Pace, Cindy served as Corporate Accounting Manager at NorthPoint Development, overseeing financial reporting for a $2B portfolio and leading a cross-functional team. She also held senior accounting roles at Adient and Avant Brokerage, developing deep expertise in financial analysis, process improvement, and audit preparation.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with friends and family including she and her husband John's four children, 12 grandchildren, discovering new restaurants, exploring local art and culture, and cheering on Kansas City sports teams.
