As a Senior Vice President in the brokerage department, Dan specializes in investment sales and client representation in the industrial and office sectors.
With more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dan has completed more than 600 transactions. He specializes in the representation of investors and institutional owners throughout the lifecycle of office and industrial assets.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and also has his master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri, a licensed broker in Illinois, a CCIM Designee and current CCIM board member. Dan is also currently the president of the St. Louis' chapter of The CCIM Institute.
In his free time, you might find Dan rehabbing homes or working on any task that allows him to work with his hands. He is passionate about travel, hockey, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and the rest of his family.
