Evan is responsible for local and national tenant representation and landlord representation.
In addition to a strong background in retail and restaurant transactions, Evan has a diverse work history including raw land and hospitality transactions. He also provides an educated perspective from experience in property valuation. Evan was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022, and 2023 .
A graduate of The University of Missouri at Columbia, Evan has his bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Science - Personal Financial Planning.
Evan likes staying active playing golf, hockey, racquet sports, and sand volleyball. He enjoys pretty much any activity that involves his family, his friends, and the outdoors.
