Evan is responsible for local and national tenant representation and landlord representation throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.
In addition to a strong background in retail and restaurant transactions, Evan has a diverse work history including raw land and hospitality transactions. He also provides an educated perspective from experience in property valuation. Evan was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2016, 2017, and 2021.
A graduate of The University of Missouri at Columbia, Evan has his bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Science - Personal Financial Planning. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri.
Evan likes staying active playing golf, hockey, racquet sports, and sand volleyball. He enjoys pretty much any activity that involves his family, his friends, and the outdoors.
