As Senior Vice President at Avison Young, Hunter Alexander is a key member of the office and industrial team, focusing on tenant representation, portfolio management, and business development.
A graduate of the University of Missouri, Hunter began his professional journey in medical equipment sales at Medical Positioning Inc., rising to the role of Sales Manager for North America. In 2018, he transitioned into commercial real estate with Pace Properties.
In 2021, Hunter moved to Austin, TX, gaining valuable experience with Endeavor Real Estate Group and later advancing to Senior Vice President of Occupier Services at Stream Realty Partners. He has since returned to Pace Properties/Avison Young, leveraging his diverse expertise to provide exceptional service to clients on both local and national levels
Beyond his professional life, Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife Katlin and their young son William. He's an avid fan of Mizzou football and St. Louis CITY SC. Hunter also embraces the outdoors, and enjoys golf, hunting, and traveling.
