In his role as Senior Property Manager on the Kansas City office's Asset Management team, Jeff manages high-profile third-party managed centers.
Jeff began in commercial real estate in 2009 as a senior maintenance technician and progressed through roles including operations manager, regional director of operations, and property manager. His daily responsibilities include tenant relations, financial management, vendor and contractor management, reporting and analysis, and risk management.
Jeff often travels to Germany, his birthplace, where his mom, aunts, uncles, and grandma reside. As a member of a military family, those visits hold significant importance. He's a big fan of Golden Tee, the video golf game, and often competes in national tournaments. Even when spinning the trackball, he loves hanging out with his daughter Elsie and wife Ashley, making incredible memories together.
