In her role as Vice President on the Asset Management team, Jennifer manages a portfolio of more than one million square feet of commercial real estate for a number of third-party clients and Pace affiliated partnerships.
In addition to her professional expertise in property management, Jennifer provides her clients with experience in lease negotiations, legal review, property development, acquisitions/dispositions, and operational management. Some of her high-profile management accounts have included The Shoppes at Hawk Ridge, Maple Tree Shopping Center and The Spectrum, a 10-story office building in San Antonio, Texas.
Jennifer joined the Pace team in 2006 and has over 19 years’ experience in the real estate industry and received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Maryville University. She is a member of CREW St. Louis and a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Missouri. Jennifer also serves on Pace’s Employee/Community Relations Committee.
Outside of the office, she enjoys her involvement as a volleyball coach for local youth sports, volunteering in her community, and time spent with her husband and their two children at local lakes, auto racing events, and amusement parks.
