With over 30 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician specializing in high-rise buildings, Joe’s main objective is the successful operation of Pace’s managed properties.
He provides a wide range of knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, elevator operations, building access systems, and tenant relations.
Joe serves as Vice President of the Missouri Disabled Water Ski Association, a charitable organization that provides adaptive water skiing for individuals with disabilities.
In his free time, Joe can be found out on the water boating and swimming with his children and grandchildren. He also likes warm weather months when he can spend time at outdoor concerts with family and friends.
