In her role as Vice President on the Asset Management team, Julie manages a large, high profile portfolio of commercial real estate for a number of third-party clients and Pace affiliated partnerships.
Julie became a part of the Pace team back in 2020, boasting an extensive track record spanning 26 years in leadership and property management across various sectors within the real estate industry. With her diverse background, Julie brings forth a wealth of expertise and insights to her clients, offering comprehensive guidance across all facets of commercial property management. From lease negotiations to legal intricacies, property development, acquisitions/dispositions, and day-to-day operational oversight, Julie is deeply committed to ensuring her clients receive top-tier support every step of the way.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Julie's dedication extends to her community involvement. She proudly serves on the board of Lydia's House, an organization dedicated to providing secure housing for women and children affected by domestic violence, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the realm of real estate.
Outside the office, Julie loves spending time with her husband Rich and their two French Bulldogs Fella and Gus. Together they enjoy experiencing live music and traveling.
