Assistant Property Manager
Supporting the Property Management teams of Pace Properties and the St. Louis office of Avison Young, Julie Winkeler is an Assistant Property Manager.
With more than 25 years of administrative and data management experience, Julie is known for her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. She excels in maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and coordinating complex processes. Her extensive experience includes significant roles at prominent St. Louis institutions such as Saint Louis Priory School and MICDS, where she effectively managed sensitive information, optimized workflows, and provided outstanding administrative support.
Outside the office, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband of 34 years, Vince, and their grown son, Drew. They love cheering on the St. Louis Blues and attending the Indy 500—a beloved family tradition marking their 30th race this year. They also enjoy concerts and outdoor activities.
