Kate joined Pace Properties in 2016 after assisting the brokerage department as a retail intern. She is responsible for both landlord and tenant representation.
Kate’s previous experience includes Property Management directly overseeing operation of commercial properties and staff. In addition to her vast community involvement, she sits on the ChainLinks Women’s national team which is dedicated to inspiring, educating, and supporting women in retail real estate.
A graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, Kate has a bachelor degree in Communications with a certificate in Marketing and Sales. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri.
Outside the office, you can find Kate spending time with her husband Buddy at her family farm or playing with her adorable dog named Girl.
