Kristin is responsible for tenant representation and landlord representation. She also provides strategic consulting services to assist retailers in their store rollout in St. Louis and neighboring markets.
Kristin is responsible for retail center leasing and marketing services for Pace and client-owned shopping centers and developments including Brentwood Square, an award winning shopping center, home to Whole Foods, REI, Nordstrom Rack, Arhaus, and other high-profile retailers.
The high-profile properties that Kristin leases has given her strong exposure and years of experience interacting with countless national retailers and restaurants new to the St. Louis market. In addition, Kristin networks with the local users as she strives to put together the perfect mix of both national and local retailers at a property.
Previously, Kristin was the Director of Accounting/Operations for Pace and for Pace Realty Fund, LLC. Before joining Pace, Kristin worked for KPMG Peat Marwick assisting clients with audits of their businesses. Kristin is also a licensed insurance agent and spent four years working with her husband, Dave, at his Shelter Insurance office.
Outside the office, Kristin loves to travel and spend time outdoors hiking, biking and relaxing beachside with family and friends.
