Property Accountant
As a Property Accountant for Pace Properties, Mike is responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reporting packages, along with conducting diverse accounting analyses. Additionally, his responsibilities include reconciling monthly bank statements, handling accounts payable and receivables, and property reconciliations.
With prior commercial real estate accounting experience, Mike excels at managing multiple properties while keeping all accounts and schedules current. He graduated from University of Missouri – St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
When he's not tearing up the kickball or softball field, you'll find him shredding trails on his mountain bike or diving into a game of sand volleyball. But come summertime, it's all about the music – any concert, any genre, he's there. Mike has two older sisters with three nieces and one nephew who is his Godson.
