As Managing Director of Brokerage services, Patrick is responsible for both tenant and landlord representation, and property disposition services.
He provides strategic consulting services to assist retailers in their store rollouts in St. Louis, Kansas City, and neighboring markets in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois. In addition to being named a CoStar Power Broker in 2019 and 2021, Patrick sits on the national board of directors for ChainLinks. He is also a member of the St. Louis Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Class of 2020.
Patrick is a graduate of University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.
In his free time, Patrick stays active in the outdoors while hiking and playing golf. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and rooting on the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues.
