Maintenance Technician
As part of our asset management team, Riley delivers outstanding service to clients in his role as a maintenance technician.
Riley ensures the cleanliness, functionality, and overall upkeep of a property during business hours, handling tasks like trash removal, minor maintenance, and addressing minor repairs or requests to keep the space presentable and running smoothly.
In his free time, Riley enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his father, who is also part of the Pace maintenance team. He collects vinyl records, writes music, and is learning to play piano. A cat person at heart, Riley enjoys reading, drawing, going to the theater, and exploring thrift shops. Passionate about fashion, he dreams of traveling across Europe on a motorcycle.
