As Vice President of Investment Services, Scott specializes in the sale of shopping centers and related investment properties on both a local and regional scale.
Scott has been active in the commercial real estate business for 35 years accumulating critical transactional experience resulting in assignments on behalf of some of the largest public, institutional, and private owners of commercial real estate across the country.
Scott is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, as well as the President-Elect of the St. Louis CCIM Chapter. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Missouri.
Scott has traveled around the globe with his family. Photographic safaris to Kenya as well as trips to Scotland and Germany have helped spark his interest in conservation. Scott stays active with road biking, playing tennis, golf and platform tennis. At home, you may find Scott reading about history or walking his three Brussels Griffons.
