Property Accountant
As a Property Accountant at Pace Properties, Steve oversees the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with comprehensive reporting packages. He conducts detailed accounting analyses to ensure accuracy and effectively support property operations.
Steve brings more than 18 years of accounting expertise, including 16 years dedicated specifically to the commercial real estate industry. With a proven track record in producing and analyzing consolidated financial statements, he excels in high-pressure team environments. Steve is recognized for his strong communication skills and his ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to clients, colleagues, and management. Additionally, he is proficient in key industry software tools such as Yardi, MRI, Nexus, and Asset Keeper.
Outside of the office, Steve enjoys perfecting his BBQ skills and spending quality time with his family. He and his wife, Lisa, are proud parents to their four children: Calvin, Vanna, Hudson, and Dalton. Together, they embrace an active and family-oriented lifestyle.
