Pace Properties is currently developing a 67,318 SF urban mixed-use building at the northwest corner of Delmar Boulevard and Skinker Boulevard in the City of St. Louis’s Loop district. The property will be anchored by a 11,006 SF CVS Pharmacy. There is an additional 6,312 SF of retail space on the street level and 50,000 SF of office space on the second and third floors. The second floor of office space has an outdoor deck overlooking the Loop’s main street, Delmar Boulevard.
