With the ongoing spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to personally reach out to you as a valued business partner, client, and friend and let you know our commitment is to remain as diligent on your behalf as before. For 36 years, we've been helping our clients make real estate decisions through both exciting and challenging times. Pace Properties remains open for business (physically or virtually) and will continue throughout these uncertain times.
Life and business are quite different than we knew, even just a short week or two ago. As leaders of our companies, we're making difficult decisions to keep our employees, families, and communities safe, while also moving our companies forward.
We take our role of supporting you and your business very seriously, and to this end, we have committed to supporting our clients and the community by breaking the company into two teams and alternate between days in the office and days working remotely which will hopefully mitigate the spread of the virus and "flatten the curve"..
We are fortunate to have invested in technology which can handle the extreme usage demands we are currently experiencing. Our teams working remotely have access to all of the technology available to them in the office, including full video and conference-calling capabilities and file access.
At Pace Properties, we are leaning on our core values: Honesty, Integrity, Teamwork, and Dedication. These values have guided us since our beginning in 1984, and we check all our actions against them because they will continue to be our core values for many years to come.
We appreciate that you, too, are making decisions on short notice and we are prepared to be flexible in how we work individually and collectively to approach client needs and solutions. While we are accustomed to having a mobile workforce, if there are things you need from us or additional ideas on how we can support you, please let us know.
