2. Pace Properties represented Ulta Beauty in the lease renewal of 10,066 square feet of retail space at Adams Dairy Landing in Blue Springs, MO from ACS Adams Dairy Landing MO, LLC.
3. Pace Properties represented Five Below in the lease of 10,060 square feet of retail space at Troy Crossing in Troy, MO from Troy Crossing, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
4. Pace Properties represented Five Below in the lease of 8,000 square feet of retail space at River Bend Plaza in Hannibal, MO from THF Marion County Shops Development, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
5. Pace Properties represented THF Maplewood Shops Development LLC in the lease of 3,451 square feet of retail space at Maplewood Commons in Maplewood, MO to Success Vision Express of Maplewood, LLC.
6. Pace Properties represented THF Arnold Triangle Development, L.L.C. in the lease of 2,508 square feet of retail space at Arnold Commons in Arnold, MO to Consumer Cellular, Incorporated.
7. Pace Properties represented Cornerstone-Lakeside, LLC in the lease of 2,454 square feet of retail space at Lakeside Shoppes in O’Fallon, MO to Asabi Grill, LLC.
