space at 18491 Outlet Blvd in Chesterfield, MO to Allegiant Commercial Properties Missouri LLC.

3. Pace Properties represented Wentzway Corporation in the sale of 1.24 acres of land at St Peters
Square in St Peters, MO to SBCW LLC, represented by Midland Realty Associates.

4. Pace Properties represented JBR Realty Company in the sale of 42,000 square feet of retail space at
10100 Watson Rd in Sunset Hills, MO to Keras Subaru, also represented by Pace Properties.

5. Pace Properties represented GFS Marketplace Realty Five, LLC in the sale of 14,492 square feet of
retail space at 15031 Manchester Rd in Ballwin, MO to Primrose School Franchising Company.

6. Pace Properties represented MDC Bonhomme LLC in the lease renewal of 9,142 square feet of
office space at 7711 Bonhomme Ave in Clayton, MO to Matter Family Office.

7. Pace Properties represented Keras Subaru in the purchase of 6,732 square feet of retail space at
