  1. Pace Properties represented Five Below in the lease of 9,600 square feet of retail space at Mineral Area Shopping Center in Farmington, MO from Jones-Farmington Properties, LLC, represented by RJ Jones Properties.
  2. Pace Properties represented National Retail Properties in the sale of a 3,162 square foot retail building at 9640 Natural Bridge in Berkeley, MO to STL NNN LLC.
  3. Pace Properties represented Panera Bread in the lease of 2,450 square feet of retail space at Market at Olive in University City, MO from 170 and Olive Holdco, LLC, represented by Hutkin Development Company.
  4. Pace Properties represented Kettco LLC in the lease of 2,400 square feet of industrial space at 326 W Thornton Ave in Rock Hill, MO to Meebs Mowing Lawn Service, LLC, represented by NAI Desco.
  5. Pace Properties represented Scissors & Scotch in the lease of 2,229 square feet of retail space at Brentwood Pointe in Brentwood, MO from Dierbergs Brentwood LLC.
  6. Pace Properties represented Drury Land Development, Inc. in the lease of 1,886 square feet of retail space at West Park Strip in Cape Girardeau, MO to Lendmark.
  7. Pace Properties represented Carthage Retail Management, LLC in the lease of 1,820 square feet of retail space at 2530 South Grand Ave in Carthage, MO to Saltea Sloth.
  8. Pace Properties represented Great Clips in the lease renewal of 1,400 square feet of retail space at O’Fallon Centre in O’Fallon, MO from USR-Desco O’Fallon Centre, represented by The Desco Group.
  9. Pace Properties represented Maple Tree Center LLC in the lease of 800 square feet of retail space at Maple Tree Center in Ellisville, MO to RMR Enterprise, LLC.
