Completed Deals Press Release - January 2022

Pace Properties is pleased to announce the following completed commercial real estate deals for
January 2022:

1. Pace Properties represented Lenette Realty Co. in the purchase of a 14,700 square foot retail building at 10800 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, KS from CMT Speedway, LLC. 
2. Pace Properties represented National Retail Properties, LP in the sale of a 6,503 square foot retail building at 1117 N Highway 7 in Blue Springs, MO to Falco, LLC, represented by CBRE-Kansas City.
3. Pace Properties represented Panera in the lease of 3,500 square feet of retail space at 10024-10028 Gravois Rd in Unincorporated St Louis County, MO from Pawnee Creek Capital, LLC.
4. Pace Properties represented KFC in the purchase of 1.34 acres of land at 8929 Jennings Station Rd in Jennings, MO from SWH Investments III, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
5. Pace Properties represented McDonald’s in the sale of 0.68 acres of land at 4420 S Broadway in St. Louis, MO to Victor Holguin Lopez & Zacharias Holguin Lopez.
