4. Pace Properties represented CW Properties, Inc. in the purchase of 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 2022-2052 Congressional Drive in Maryland Heights, MO from TDC Property, Inc., represented by the White Company.
5. Pace Properties represented Panera in the ground lease of 1.32 acres at 15 Progress Parkway in Maryland Heights, MO from Amos Development Group LLC.
6. Pace Properties represented Outback Steakhouse in the ground lease of 1.28 acres at the Shoppes of Mid Rivers in St. Peters, MO from Mid Rivers Investment Partners, LLC.
