1. Pace Properties represented Dick’s Sporting Goods in the lease of 55,140 square feet of retail space at The Crossings at Mid Rivers in St. Peters, Missouri from Pace-St. Peters Associates, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
2. Pace Properties represented Office Depot in the lease renewal of 28,000 square feet of retail space at 3055 South Glenstone Ave in Springfield, MO from Warren Davis Properties XXII L.L.C., represented by Warren Davis Properties.
3. Pace Properties represented Kresko Maune LLC in the lease renewal of 25,000 square feet of industrial space at 2329-2343 Chaffee Dr in Maryland Heights, MO to SNK Enterprises, Inc.
4. Pace Properties represented Stone Wheel, Inc. in the lease of 6,800 square feet of industrial space at 1031 Liberty Industrial Dr in O’Fallon, MO from Colliers International.
5. Pace Properties represented IDD Collaborative LLC in the lease of 5,922 square feet of office space at 11457 Olde Cabin Rd in Creve Coeur, MO from The Logan Partnership.
6. Pace Properties represented Fred M. Luth & Sons in the lease of 3,400 square feet of industrial space at 1635 S Vandeventer in St. Louis, MO from Paceco LLC.
7. Pace Properties represented Alrig USA in the purchase of a 3,339 square foot retail building at 999 Veterans Blvd in Festus, MO from the Mathes Family Limited Partnership, represented by CBRE.
8. Pace Properties represented Arnold Park Mall, LLC in the lease of 2,360 square feet of retail space at Arnold Park Mall in Arnold, MO to Clarkson Eyecare, represented by Newmark Grubb Zimmer.
9. Pace Properties represented Crumbl in the lease of 1,789 square feet of retail space at Des Peres Pointe in Des Peres, MO from Horn Lake Properties LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
10. Pace Properties represented RFT Mid Rivers LLC & CV 411 LLC in the sale of a 0.45-acre outlot at 411 Mid Rivers Mall Dr in St. Peters, MO to ACC Properties LLC.
