- Pace Properties represented Select Mayfair Plaza, LLC in the sale of a 22,633 square foot retail building located at 232-272 Mayfair Plaza Shopping Center in St. Louis, MO to Crosby Realty, L.L.C., represented by Harold M Klamen & Associates.
- Pace Properties represented Carter’s in the lease of 5,118 square feet of retail space at Valley Plaza in Poplar Bluff, MO from Valley Plaza Limited Partnership.
- Pace Properties represented PNC in the lease of 4,147 square feet of retail space at The Crescent in Clayton from Centene Center II, LLC, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
- Pace Properties represented Pace-Highlands Associates, LLC in the lease of 3,489 square feet of retail space at Manchester Highlands North in Manchester, MO to Metro MedSpa, also represented by Pace Properties.
- Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 2,136 square feet of retail space at Loughborough Commons in St. Louis, MO from Loughborough Commons, L.L.C., represented by The Desco Group.
- Pace Properties represented GNC in the lease of 1,687 square feet of retail space at Derby Marketplace in Derby, KS from Silver Derby LLC, represented by J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc.
- Pace Properties represented THF Marion County Shops Development, LLC in the lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space at River Bend Plaza in Hannibal, MO to Okinawa Hibachi & Sushi.
- Pace Properties represented GNC in the lease of 1,293 square feet of retail space at Arnold Commons in Arnold, MO from THF Arnold Triangle Development LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
