3. Pace Properties represented Plaza DePaul LLC in the lease of 4,000 square feet of retail space at
The Plaza at DePaul in Bridgeton, MO to Charter Spectrum, represented by CBRE.

4. Pace Properties represented THF Maplewood Shops Development, LLC in the lease of 2,950 square
feet of retail space at Maplewood Commons in Maplewood, MO to Charter Spectrum, represented by
CBRE.
5. Pace Properties represented THF Arnold Triangle Development LLC in the lease of 2,670 square feet
of retail space at Arnold Commons in Arnold, MO to St. Luke’s Urgent Care, represented by
Commercial Property LLC.
