- Pace Properties represented the Wolz/Walz Partnership II in the lease of 3,087 square feet of retail space at 5905 South Lindbergh Blvd in St. Louis, MO to Hawaiian Bros, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
- Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 1,866 square feet of retail space at Florissant Marketplace in Florissant, MO from Trident Pacific Real Estate Group, Inc., represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
- Pace Properties represented I Heart Mac & Cheese in the lease of 1,428 square feet of retail space at Fountain Plaza in Ellisville, MO from RGA TDG Fountain Plaza, LLC, represented by The Desco Group.
- Pace Properties represented PRC Holdings LLC in the sale of a 1,320 square foot retail building at 8307 Page Avenue in Vinita Park, MO to Abelardo's Mexican Food LLC, represented by St. Louis Commercial Realty.
- Pace Properties represented Premier Martial Arts in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space at University Commons in St. Charles, MO from SM Properties UV, L.L.C., represented by The Desco Group.
- Pace Properties represented William F. Walz, Jr. Trust in the sale of 2.38 acres of land at 747 Gravois Rd in Fenton, MO to Mayfair Holdings, LLC, represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
