2. Pace Properties represented ECM-Hawk Ridge LLC in the lease of 21,027 square feet of retail space at the Shoppes at Hawk Ridge in Lake St. Louis, MO to LittleBits Gym, LLC
3. Pace Properties represented Ulta in the lease of 10,005 square feet of retail space at Shoppes at Corbin Park in Overland Park, Kansas from Credi Vegas LLC, represented by Dino Management, Inc.
4. Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield Two Development, LLC in the lease of 10,000 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons East in Chesterfield, MO to pOpshelf, represented by L3 Corporation.
5. Pace Properties represented G&I VIII Oak Park Quivira LLC in the lease of 5,387 square feet of retail space at Oak Park Commons in Lenexa, KS to First Watch, represented by Peak Real Estate Partners.
6. Pace Properties represented Narwhals in the lease of 3,652 square feet of retail space at The District in Chesterfield, MO from TSG Chesterfield Lifestyle, LLC, represented by The Staenberg Group.
7. Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield Village Development, L.L.C. in the lease of 3,085 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons Village in Chesterfield, MO to Smile High Dental, LLC, represented by Colliers International.
8. Pace Properties represented Chesterfield Grove Market LLC in the lease of 2,800 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Grove Market in Chesterfield, MO to Shear Studios LLC, represented by L3 Corporation.
