2. Pace Properties represented Puttshack in the lease of 26,641 square feet of retail space at City
Foundry in St. Louis, MO from FoPa Master Tenant, LLC.

3. Pace Properties represented Palisades Village, LLC in the sale of a 16,260 square foot retail strip
center at 1026 Palisades Blvd in Osage Beach, MO to DN Joint Ventures, LLC.

4. Pace Properties represented Ca Caw Properties, LLC in the lease of 8,100 square feet of industrial
space at 695 Biltmore Drive in Fenton, MO to Security Equipment Corporation.

5. Pace Properties represented St. Louis Properties II, LLC in the lease renewal of 7,123 square feet of
industrial space at 11611 Fairgrove Industrial Blvd in St. Louis, MO to DC Foam Recycle.

6. Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 3,600 square feet of retail space at Wentzville
Crossroads Marketplace in Wentzville, MO from THF Wentzville Development, L.L.C.

7. Pace Properties represented Advance Training & Rehab in the lease of 2,500 square feet of retail
space at Dierbergs Shoppes at Hawk Ridge in Lake St. Louis, MO from Dierbergs Lake St Louis, LLC.

8. Pace Properties represented Duggins Holdings LLC in the lease of 2,200 square feet of industrial
space at 1725 Gravois Rd in High Ridge, MO to D&S Car Wash Systems.

9. Pace Properties represented Krombach Investments, LLC in the lease of 2,196 square feet of
industrial space at 10780-10810 Indian Head Industrial Blvd in St. Louis, MO to E-Max Shipping LLC.

10. Pace Properties represented McKelvey Homes in the lease of 2,000 square feet of office space at
