  2. Pace Properties represented Ulta Beauty in the lease renewal of 10,178 square feet of retail space at Primrose Marketplace in Springfield, MO from G&I Primrose Marketplace LLC.
  3. Pace Properties represented Chesterfield Village Development, L.L.C. in the relocation of Supplement Superstore to 5,067 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons Village in Chesterfield, MO.
  4. Pace Properties represented Maple Tree Center LLC in the lease renewal of 4,200 square feet of retail space at Maple Tree Center in Ellisville, MO to Flanagan Paint & Supply Co.
  5. Pace Properties represented THF Chesterfield North Development, LLC in the lease of 2,310 square feet of retail space at Boone’s Crossing in Chesterfield, MO to IV Nutrition, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
  6. Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 1,330 square feet of retail space at Southroads Center in St. Louis, MO from Capitol South, Inc., represented by Capitol Realty Group.
  7. Pace Properties represented Premier Martial Arts in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space at University Commons in St. Charles, MO from SM Properties UV, L.L.C., represented by Desco Group.
  8. Pace Properties represented Rush Bowls in the lease renewal of 950 square feet of retail space at 4905 Lindell Ave in St. Louis, MO from the City of St. Louis.
