3. Pace Properties represented Westlake Ace Hardware in the lease of 18,000 square feet of retail space at Twin Oaks Shopping Center in Twin Oaks, MO from Grocery & Pharmacy Portfolio Springing, LLC, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
4. Pace Properties represented G&I VIII Oak Park Quivira LLC in the lease renewal of 17,018 square feet of retail space at Oak Park Commons in Lenexa, KS to Northern Tools and Equipment.
