- Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 2,000 square feet of retail space at Monticello Plaza in O’Fallon, MO from Monticello Plaza LLC, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
- Pace Properties represented AT&T in the lease of 1,800 square feet of retail space at Aurora Marketplace in Aurora, MO from LBO Development II, LLC.
- Pace Properties represented Tropical Smoothie Café in the lease of 1,800 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Commons in Chesterfield, MO from THF Chesterfield Development LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
- Pace Properties represented GNC in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space at 2629 Market Pl in Salina, KS from VIG Salina LLC.
- Pace Properties represented Water Tower, LLC in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space at Water Tower Place in Arnold, MO to St Louis Kolache, represented by Kramer Commercial.
- Pace Properties represented Blacksmith Grove LLC in the lease of 1,362 square feet of retail space at Blacksmith Grove in Town & Country, MO to The Spotted Pig LLC.
- Pace Properties represented Kewics, LLC in the sale of an 1,152 square foot retail building at 5706 S Lindbergh Blvd in St. Louis, MO to WSK Properties, LLC.
