Pace Properties Wins Seven CoStar Power Broker Awards for 2017
CoStar Group, Inc., the world’s leading provider of commercial real estate research and information, has named Pace Properties and five of its brokers to CoStar’s Power Broker “Top Firms” and “Top Brokers” lists for 2017. These awards are presented yearly to the firms and the individuals with the highest transaction volume in their respective markets throughout the year.
Pace Properties received two of CoStar’s Power Broker “2017 Top Firm” awards in two different categories, “Top Leasing Firms” and “Top Sales Firms.” This recognition is given to the brokerage firms in each market who record the highest volumes of leasing transactions and sales transaction throughout the year. Pace Properties has been recognized as one of the Power Broker “Top Firms” in the St. Louis market for seven consecutive years.
Four Pace Properties brokers have received the honor of being named a “Top Retail Leasing Broker” for 2017 in CoStar’s Power Broker awards. Joe Ciapciak, Kristin Keane, Evan Barnett, and Mike Swearngin have all been recognized as four of the highest leasing transaction volume brokers in the St. Louis market for 2017. This is Kristin Keane’s first time being honored with a Power Broker award. Joe Ciapciak, Evan Barnett, & Mike Swearngin have a combined total of ten previous Power Broker awards.
Additionally, one Pace Properties broker has been named a “Top Sales Broker” for 2017. Ben Cahill, who recently joined the Pace Properties team after the company merged with The Maune Company in mid-2017, has been recognized as one of the top ten brokers in the St. Louis area with the highest sales transaction volume.
